Basic packing materials included* (tape, labels, limited bubble wrap)

Ultimate Pack (Premium Package) – Starting at $600 per room

Unpacking & basic organization at the new location (if moving within 100 miles of Sandi’s Organizing Services)
Packing Add-On Services:
Fragile Item Packing: +$50 per room (glassware, antiques, art)
Decluttering Assistance: +$80 per hour
Last-Minute Booking: +$125 surcharge for same-week service
Supply Pickup Service: Cost of supplies + $25 pickup fee
Hard Plastic Totes with Lids* - Will discuss with client for necessary sizes and quantity: at cost (price ranges according to size) *Sandi’s Organizing Services is willing to buy back any totes at cost which client wishes to not keep
Box Pricing (if provided by Sandi’s Organizing Services):
Packages or appropriate needs boxes will / can be purchased by me at the U-Haul store. If purchased and picked up by me, the cost will be added to final amount due. (Will agree on prior to ordering from U-Haul).
Any unused items will be returned to the store and refund amount will be returned to customer.
Unpacking-Only Packages
Basic Unpack – Starting at $150 per room
Unpack standard household items (need to be placed in designated spaces)
Place items on counters or designated areas
Remove empty boxes and packing materials (left at customer’s trash area)
Estimated time: 2-4 hours per room
Full Unpack & Organize – Starting at $300 per room
Unpack all boxes (need to be placed in designated spaces)
Organize items into cabinets, closets, and shelves
Remove empty boxes and trash (left at customer’s trash area)
Estimated time: 3-5 hours per room
VIP Unpack & Settle-In – Starting at $500 per room
Everything in the Full Unpack & Organize package
Full organization of closets, kitchen, and living spaces
Add-On Services:
Organizing Extras (Pantry, Closets, etc.): +$80 per space
Last-Minute Booking: +$100 surcharge for same-week service
